A). SAN FRANCISCO AREA. 

You can see and visit at least four places in 4 hours. Marina, Presidio, Palace of Fine Arts, Walt Disney Family Museum, Golden Gate Bridge, Legion of Honor, Golden Gate Park, Haight Ashbury, Painted Ladies, X – former Twitter Headquarters, Civic Center etc. To experience the walk on crooked Lombard Street and Coit Tower on Telegraph Hill add about an hour. Best done in the early morning.

During these 4 hours you can choose at least four places to stop at. Additional time can be spent at any place for extra cost. It is possible to have refreshments along the way. A separate trips can be arranged to visit University California Berkeley, Stanford University Palo Alto, Filoli, and Pulgas Water Temple, Half Moon Bay, Moss Beach, and Pacifica.

$105 per hour – 1 to 6 persons

B). MARIN & SONOMA COUNTY – Redwoods, Waves, Bays and Wines

North across Golden Gate Bridge, unique places without crowds.  Majestic REDWOODS at Samuel P Taylor State Park. Drive on Shoreline HIghway through Tomales Bay known for Oysters and small restaurants, along the San Andreas Fault. Continue north to Bodega Bay made famous by the Alfred Hitchcock movie The Birds. You can enjoy excellent seafood in this small bayside town.

Drive further north along the Sonoma coast Russian River empties into the Pacific at Jenner.  Turning inland, follow the river through small towns past Monte Rio and Bohemian Grove to Guerneville and Forestville to the Santa Rosa area. Visit one of the many excellent Sonoma wineries such as Benovia, Battaglini or Rodney Strong in Healdsburg for tasting by appointment.  Turning south time permitting, stop in San Rafael to see what looks like a futuristic spaceship  Marin County Civic Center designed by Frank Lloyd Wright built in 1957.  Option to return to San Francisco by Golden Gate Ferry.
